Time Inc. Sale To Bonnier Finalized

time_strange_internet.jpgTime Inc.’s sale of Time4 and Parenting Group and their 18 titles to the Swedish Bonnier Group went through today, as expected. As was also expected, Terry Snow, president of World Publications, becomes CEO of the combined and renamed Bonnier Corporation.

The new company is now home to 40 titles and annual revenue of more than $350 million.

And so far, rumors of a Time4 move to Bonnier Corp.’s Winter Park, Florida, HQ have proved to be just that: rumors.
