  • Editor Brandon Holley is leaving the company.

  • VP/Publisher Carlos Lamadrid is also out.
  • Approximately 60 staffers affected, who are interviewing for (but not guaranteed) positions within Condé Nast.
  • A satellite staff will put out the August issue, which will be Jane’s last.
