Wenner is Keeping US to Himself

s-JANN-US-WEEKLY-large.jpgAfter months of (sometimes confusing) rumors, the New York Post is reporting that Jann Wenner is no longer interested in selling US Weekly. Wenner was rumored to be offering up the celeb mag at a price of $750 million, with the idea that at some point the celebrity market was going to “plateau or decline” (something we assume Madonna is desperately wishing were true right about now).

Instead it looks like Wenner is experimenting with other cost-cutting measures like reducing copy machines and editors, or in the case of Rolling Stone the size of the magazine itself.
