W‘s En Vogue, Filming A Documentary On Their September Issue

W magazine is filming a documentary about the production of their September issue, drawing obvious comparisons to The September Issue — R.J. Cutler’s behind-the-scenes look at the making of Vogue‘s extremely important issue as well as the relationship between editor Anna Wintour and creative director Grace Coddington.

New York mag reports that the movie is due out sometime in October, but a source at W wouldn’t provide any further details about the film.

W‘s upcoming September issue will prove more special than ever as it will debut the magazine’s redesign under new editor in chief Stefano Tonchi.
