Gruner + Jahr, the German publishing company that sold off its American magazines in 2005, has entered a bid for Reed Elsevier‘s b-to-b publishing arm, Reed Business Information.
Bids for RBI, which has been on the block since February, range from $1.87 billion to $2.33 billion.
