Zombie Mags: Gourmet Returns To Print

gourmet_8.31.10.jpgBy now it’s fairly old news that Gourmet, the food and wine magazine that Condé Nast shuttered in October of 2009, has found new life as a digital brand, providing insight on all things culinary to its loyal readers via apps and the web.

Now, however, Condé Nast has announced that it will indeed bring back Gourmet in print form as well, specifically as a series of three newsstand-only issues.

The first, Gourmet Quick Kitchen, is due out September 7. The 120-page magazine, which will act as something of an illustrated cookbook and wine guide, is expected to have a relatively small circulation and a cover price of $10.99.
