Professional Experience

Hi! I’m Natalie and I’ve been working in online lead generation since 2005. Of course back then it wasn’t called that. In fact, I’ve had many different titles over the years, mainly because the jobs I was doing were all very new, thanks to the fast paced world of the Internet. No one knew exactly what to call me. Nowadays, the terms “content marketing” and “community manager” generally are the terms the industry settled on that more accurately represent what I do for personal brands and businesses. I’m well suited to work for healthy lifestyle brands as I’m personally interested in health and fitness and hold an ACE certification in personal training. I’m a keen observer of online behavior and in a constant state of learning, (you sort of have to be in this line of work). I’ve managed and built many brand ambassador programs and have written on the topic both on my blog and on The Daily Muse.

Video Campaigns

This is an ad that I came up with to explain a what ICEdot Events does for athletic events. I hired the video production, VO talent and wrote the transcript. Additionally, I coordinated the testimonial talent that is seen in the video. This video helped ICEdot secure a large number of events.
This is an ad that I came up with creative concept and copy for transcript. I hired and managed the video production. It was a success in terms of leads to online sales.
Worked directly with CEO to come up with creative concept, hire video production, acquire talent and script. We wanted to take a serious topic and make it a little more approachable. By infusing humor and a hashtag campaign this concept was widely shared.

Brand Ambassador Programs

This is a brand ambassador program I created for ICEdot. The idea was to have everyday athletes blog on topics that ICEdot consumers would be interested in while simultaneously educating them about the brand. Additionally, the ambassadors introduce the brand to their own audience.
This is a brand ambassador program I created for healthy travel startup, Ramblen. We wanted to find people who identified with Ramblen's vision and had social media audiences of their own. Additionally, the brand ambassadors help the website scale in terms of content.
