Have covered press conferences, red carpet events, film festivals, celebrity golf tournaments, luncheons, benefits, concerts, award shows, television tapings, government meetings, travel destinations, and written concert, CD, and book reviews, trivia questions about music and articles for in-house newsletters and awards show books. Have also written biographies for artists, CD liner notes, press kit informational pieces and other promotional pieces. Also have contributed to several books, including "Ghosts, Gamblers and Gangsters of Las Vegas" and "Carrie Underwood A Biography," on country star Carrie Underwood. I wrote a short story for the book "Literary Cash." I have written numerous entries on entertainers that were included in encyclopedias for country and Christian market. I contributed "Stories Behind the Song" short segments for a "Rolling Stone" online project. I took the Media Bistro online course "Writing for the Slicks," trainign to write for magazines.
