Professional/Personal Overview
"As long as you have your health..."

I've seen that truism played out time and time again in my own life. That's why my freelance writing/editing work covers all things health, wellness and healthcare-related.

I am adept at writing about topics related to getting well and staying well, including diet/exercise/stress management, innovations in healthcare, and our changing healthcare landscape.

Thankfully, I've had opportunity to do just that--for physicians, health systems, healthcare consultants and content providers for physician websites and newsletters.

I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, self-proclaimed organic foodista, healthcare marketing professional, and concerned Mom.

I enjoy sharing what I've learned, whether it's the best way to warm up for a run, or what physicians need to do to comply with CMS quality standards.

I'd love to help you or your organization communicate to your audience, whether online or offline.
