Professional/Personal Overview
Author of two self-published books, my expertise and passion in freelance writing revolves around the world of health, diabetes (type 1 and type 2), chronic illness, fitness, nutrition, and the process of building a healthy mind.

As a person living with both type 1 diabetes and celiac disease, certified cognitive coach, record-setting athlete, and a certified personal trainer and Ashtanga yoga instructor, my own experience within the world of health supports all of my writing. I am very aware and sensitive to the deeper, less obvious aspects of life with a chronic illness.

As a writer and newly keynote speaker, I strive to educate, inspire, and bring new awareness to my readers.
