1. FOOD & WINE MAGAZINE: Editorial Assistant for Annual Cookbook Worked with managing editor and copy editor during three-month project. Responsibilities included:researching, writing and editing contributor biography section; researching and writing recipes, as well as ingredient and product tips for margin boxes; helping organize 700 recipes into chapters and formatting for fit and clarity; fact checking wines and index; imputing changes.
