Worked with Richard Amberg, senior vice president, and associate publisher, finalizing the Opinion pages. Solicited and edited articles for the Forum under Pulitzer Price-winner Mary Lou Forbes. Coordinated the production of the Opinion pages under columnist Deborah Simmons.

The World & I

From Jan. 1987 to May 2004, held positions with the educational magazine The World & I (print and online). Its primary audience is upper secondary education students. As editorial production coordinator, supervised a staff of 15 and created, implemented, and monitored the workflow of the monthly magazine, whose size ranged from 300 to 800 pages over the years; as text processor, proofreader, and fact-checker, screened and corrected manuscripts from the author to the final copy.
