•Participated in weekly meetings with art directors, high profile artists, product managers, merchandise managers, plant managers, prepress and printing vendors to ensure that jobs are completed on time, on budget and meet all deadlines.

•Worked with print vendors for color corrections and photo retouching.

•Frequent on-site press checks for quality control.

•Restructured the P.O.P. production database to provide for more efficient completion of projects and billing.

•Collaborated with Advertising Director on all ad duties: routed proofs, gathered ad specs and arranged ad deadlines with publications, worked with vendors on all large size outdoor ads including subway posters, snipes, and billboards.
