I'm relaunching my freelance career after a year in-house as Editor, Young Explorer magazine, National Geographic Learning. While there, I created and developed engaging stories for Kindergarten and Grade 1; integrated Common Core standards and clear educational goals into each story; selected photos and wrote factually correct print articles. |

My experience as an English as a Second Language editor and writer has given me the opportunity to work on projects in a wide variety of fields -- from scientific documents in biotech companies to texts about musical instruments. I am also an experienced Americanizer, translating material from British English to American English (and vice-versa).
