Education, ESL, CELTA and all aspects of teaching English as a foreign language. As a journalist, food, food politics, wine, travel, health, gardening, home design and lifestyle have been my editorial focus for 25 years. I'm a writer, author and prop stylist and I also produce special events. A Master's degree in Art History and a culinary degree from L'Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris helped shape my future. After paying my New York dues, I lived in Virginia for 10 years and am now located in the Northern Rockies. I cover this region (MT, ID, CO, WY) as well as Canada. I also have a keen connection with India, having traveled there 3 times in the past 2 years. Currently, I am an ESL instructor and an adjunct Art History instructor at Montana State University.
