I have a PhD in English from UC Berkeley and extensive knowledge of current scholarship in the humanities. As an editor, writer, and instructor, I have worked extensively in higher education. On another note, I write a food blog, "The Roving Locavore" (www.therovinglocavore.com), which records experiences and recipes from places I've lived, including Vermont, Minneapolis, and Rome, Italy.
