Professional Experience

Communicating complex information well is what I do best. I specialize in covering employee benefits, human resources, health care, long-term care, and personal finances. I have written extensively about trends, legislation and regulations on those topics. I take pride in reliably meeting deadlines and consistently crafting quality pieces. I'm also a RYT200 yoga instructor, trained in vinyasa, ashtanga and yin yoga. Personal experience gives me far-reaching knowledge of gymnastics, yoga, meditation, adoption, ballroom dancing, and dogs. A versatile player, I can successfully deliver for daily newspapers, monthly magazines, electronic newsletters, frequently updated Web sites, white papers and corporate communications projects.
