Jonathan Boutelle

JONATHAN BOUTELLE is co-founder and CTO of Slideshare, THE site on the web for presentations. SlideShare raised a Series A round from Venrock in 2008 and gets over 40 million visitors a month. Previously, Jonathan was a principal at Uzanto, (a UI consulting firm) and worked as a software engineer at CommerceOne (a B2B software company) and Advanced Visual Systems (a 3D graphics startup) He writes an occasional article on his blog (jonathanboutelle.com) and shares his presentations at slideshare.net/jboutelle. @jboutelle

Brent Chudoba

BRENT CHUDOBA is the Vice President of Business Strategy at SurveyMonkey, the world’s leading provider of web-based survey solutions. Brent helps guide and execute SurveyMonkey’s growth strategy and oversees SurveyMonkey’s efforts in new business and partnership development, business intelligence and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to SurveyMonkey, Brent worked at Spectrum Equity Investors and played a key role in Spectrum’s acquisition of SurveyMonkey in April 2009. Prior to Spectrum, Brent was an Investment Banker with Piper Jaffray's technology group, focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Before that, Brent was a Research Analyst at Andor Capital, a long/short, technology focused hedge fund. Brent earned a BA in Political Science from Columbia University where he was a member of the Varsity Soccer Team. @bchudoba

ANNE DRISCOLL is the Vice President of Business Operations at Ning, where she is responsible for Marketing, Communications, Creative Services and Human Resources. Prior to joining Ning, Anne led communications and brand initiatives at Google, creating programs to support culture, establish it as a great place to work and drive the global talent strategy. Anne led several cross-Google brand projects including the YouTube Symphony Orchestra, Google Code Jam and Innovate or Die. In addition, Anne worked closely with Google's international offices developing go to market strategies and support the hiring of talent worldwide. Prior to Google, Anne was the Director of Product Management at GNX, a global B2B platform delivering sourcing and collaboration solutions for retailers, and a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting specializing in retail and supply chain clients. Anne has an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University in Canada.

Daniel Freeman

DANIEL FREEMAN heads up product marketing at Atlassian, a company that builds some of the most popular project management tools for technical teams. In his two year tenure at Atlassian, Daniel has championed innovative marketing programs that have helped double Atlassian's revenue and customer base while simultaneously reducing cost/sale. Prior to Atlassian, Daniel worked at Brightmail and was the lead product manager for Symantec's mail security appliance business, guiding it from zero revenue to a $40M/year business.  Daniel started his career doing competitive analysis for Cobalt Networks which was acquired by Sun Microsystems in a $2B deal. A fluent French speaker and foodie, Daniel thrives on tennis, Green Bay Packer football and spending time with his two young daughters. @danielfreeman

Matt Holleran

MATT HOLLERAN is a Venture Partner with Emergence Capital Partners. Emergence is the leading venture capital firm in Technology Enabled Services with investments in salesforce.com, Successfactors, Yammer, yousendit, and echosign. Matt is leading Emergence’s business freemium strategy and owns strategic relationships with leading SaaS and freemium companies. Prior to joining Emergence, Matt’s team started and built the AppExchange and Force.com partner ecosystems at salesforce.com. He started his software career at Clarify, the leader in client server customer support applications and was the first VP of Marketing at Datasweep, the leading manufacturing and analytics application suite. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in the private equity division and has worked at Bain & Company. He has degrees in engineering and economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. @mattholleran

Ryan Holmes

RYAN HOLMES is CEO of HootSuite.  Ryan’s entrepreneurial endeavors include successes in a variety of industries from founding a pizza restaurant chain to building the top online paintball equipment supplier in Canada before launching the popular social media dashboard tool. His interest in tech emerged early after winning an Apple II in an elementary school programming contest. Ryan founded digital agency Invoke Media in 2000 to provide holistic marketing, development and design services. Invoke also developed products including early CMS and e-commerce web apps, the Memelabs contesting platform, and then social media dashboard HootSuite. Rapid growth led him to spin-out HootSuite in December 2009 when he partnered with funders to facilitate additional growth. Ryan frequently presents at conferences internationally — including 140tc, OMMA, 140conf, IMA, Open Network Labs — speaking about the evolution of the social web. He is widely quoted in media sources including NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Guardian (UK), and Venture Beat. Personally, he is an enthusiast of yoga, rock climbing, paragliding, surfing and playing with his dog Mika. @invoker

Amit Kulkarni

AMIT KULKARNI is the co-founder and CEO of Manymoon, where he balances his time between product strategy and business affairs. Before Manymoon, Amit was responsible for product management at LiteScape, an enterprise software startup, where he took multiple products from whiteboard to revenue. Amit has a BS in Electrical Engineering and minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. @akulkarni, @Manymoon

RANJITH KUMARAN is the founder and Chief Technology Officer of YouSendIt and leads corporate development for the company. Prior to YouSendIt, Kumaran held marketing positions at Verisity Design, a key provider of verification process automation (VPA) solutions, where he managed product marketing for the software tools of Axis Systems. Previously, he was the director of sales engineering at Celoxica, a leading provider of C-based design and behavioral synthesis solutions, where he built the company's sales engineering team. Kumaran also was a software systems engineer at Red Hat, one of the largest and most recognized companies dedicated to open-source software and the largest distributor of the GNU/Linux operating system. Kumaran received a bachelor of engineering degree in computer engineering from McGill University and is an active member of TiE Silicon Valley. Kumaran is also a C100 charter member, an organization representing the top 100 accomplished Canadian entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley.@ranjithkumaran


SCOTT MCMULLAN is the Google Apps Partner Lead for Google Enterprise and is focused on helping companies grow their business with Google Apps and the Google Apps Marketplace. A startup guy at heart, Scott joined Google when it acquired JotSpot, where he ran developer and partner programs, and previously founded Inovie Software, maker of early Web collaboration service TeamCenter, acquired by SDRC. Scott holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from UC San Diego and was a PhD student at the university's Computer Systems Lab. @scottmcmullan

Thor Muller

THOR MULLER is CTO & co-founder of Get Satisfaction, a Web-based platform that powers over 45,000 customer communities. With its motto "Love Your Customers," Get Satisfaction is a leader in empowering organizations to engage and support their customers on the social Web. As a serial entrepreneur he is the co-founder of Rubyred Labs, a web development firm specializing in social networks, and Trapezo, a venture-backed startup that made Web software for syndicating content, acquired by Perfect Commerce in 2002. Previously, he founded a pioneering Web development agency, Prophet Communications, later acquired by Frog Design where he served as VP Digital Media. @tempo

Owen Tripp

OWEN TRIPP is the co-founder and COO of Reputation Defender. Fluent in Internet search technologies, data mining and analytical marketing, Owen Tripp co-founded ReputationDefender in 2006. Responsible for the breadth of the company’s revenue platform, his duties span sales, business development and partnerships, corporate development, and company operations. Prior to joining ReputationDefender, Mr. Tripp created the user intelligence team at eBay, breaking new ground in systems for identity management, next generation product finding, and keyword search optimization. An alumnus of Accenture, Mr. Tripp architected large-scale operations centers in the US and the Philippines during his time with the consultancy. Mr. Tripp holds a BA with Honors in Spanish Literature from Trinity College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business; outside of the office, he enjoys the culinary arts, wine collecting, and reading. @repdef
