A GalleyCat Veteran Brings Steampunk to Brooklyn

We recently heard from former GalleyCat co-editor Andy Heidel about his new venture—he’s opening a bar in Prospect Heights called The Way Station that promises to be “Brooklyn’s First Steampunk Bar and Performance Venue.” The bar had a “secret” opening last Saturday, and will be sprucing up its steampunk look with a photo shoot in mid-October, followed by a Halloween party… and by then, Heidel told us, he expects he’ll be hosting steampunk readings every Monday night.
