The glow has barely settled from Anna Stein's star turn in Motoko Rich's dispatch from Frankfurt, and now Michael Cader is reporting that she's got a major new position directing foreign rights at the Gail Ross Agency. Up until now, Stein had been selling foreign rights for Folio and the Irene Skolnick Agency, as well as agenting for the latter.

CLARIFICATION: When I finally got in touch with Stein, she explained that she is not leaving Irene Skolnick; directing foriegn rights for Gail Ross is a freelance position in addition to her dual role at Skolnick. (Folio, however, will be shifting their foreign rights in-house at the end of the year.) Stein also told me that despite the timing of the announcement in Publishers Lunch, she was already working for Gail Ross at Frankfurt last week.
