PW Daily reports that the final book in the Harry Potter series has been given a title: HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS, as per J.K. Rowling's website. Though a release date has not been announced, the name announcement for the sixth book took place on June 29, 2004, with the book published on July 16, 2005. So if that is a precedent, then DEATHLY HALLOWS should be published approximately 383 days later, which would be January 8, 2008. We'll see if that prediction bears out...
