And the Washington Post's Gary Lee does a nice job rounding up bed & breakfasts that do just that, starting with Alexander House Booklovers Bed & Breakfast in Princess Anne, MD, moving to Great Oak Manor in Chestertown and ending up at Akwaaba, which focuses on African-American literature and its authors - they have suites named for Zora Neale Hurston and Walter Mosley, after all....
