Remember the giant hot dog wandering around BookExpo last year? Well, David Lubar, the fellow who actually wrote Invasion of the Road Weenies, dropped us a line to let us know his book is still going strong at book fairs. Apparently kids are, you should pardon the expression, just eating it up. And the hardcover edition's still holding its own, too, having recently gone back for a third printing...It just goes to show, Lubar suggests, "there's always a place in this world for a high-quality weenie."
