Ed Oxenbould Cast in ‘Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day’ Adaptation

Actor Ed Oxenbould will star in Disney’s film adaptation of Alexander And The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.

Inspired by her own sons, author Judith Viorst published this beloved kid’s book in 1972. Here’s more from Deadline Hollywood:

The film, which hits theaters October 10, 2014, follows young Alexander through the mishaps of a terrible day for his family after he wishes they all would experience the same troubles he does. 21 Laps and The Jim Henson Company are producing.

Golden Globe winners Steve Carell and Jennifer Garner are also onboard this project. Filmmaker Miguel Arteta will direct.
