HarperCollins Seeks Director of Consumer Insights and Marketing Analytics

HarperCollins is hiring! The publisher is currently looking for a director of consumer insights and marketing analytics.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building internal systems and capabilities around consumer insights and analytics, while managing the daily operations of these functions. You’ll also work with sales, legal, product development and other teams to implement company-wide consumer data initiatives.

To be considered, you should have proven experience at companies with superior consumer insights and data-driven marketing. Significant CRM management experience and experience with major analytics packages — like Google Analytics, CoreMetrics and Omniture — are more must-haves. Self-starters with strong communicative and analytical skills should apply here.
