From today’s Page Six:

Random House executives are said to be furious that a copy of Fonda’s memoir, My Life So Far — embargoed until April 5 — was obtained by London’s Daily Mail. Execs at the publisher “have no idea how it got there — that was not supposed to happen,” said one insider.
