If The Lawsuit Doesn’t Work, The Roundhouse Kicking Begins

You would think, considering that Chuck Norris tolerated Mike Huckabee reciting Chuck Norris facts to his face in a political ad, that he might be okay with The Truth About Chuck Norris, the book based on the website from which those facts sprung. A brief note from a spokesperson for Gotham Books sent out over the holiday weekend noted that the judge handling the suit denied the request for a temporary restraining order against continued sales of the book, and added, “Penguin is confident that Norris will fare no better then in his effort to suppress a book that is an obviously humorous commentary on Norris’s iconic status in contemporary America.”
