Jason Pinter Lands Book Deal for YA Trilogy

Novelist and agent Jason Pinter has landed a book deal for The Great Divide, an apocalyptic young adult series.

The trilogy sold to Brian Farrey at Flux. The deal was negotiated by Joe Veltre. Earlier this year, we reported that Pinter joined the Waxman Literary Agency, specializing in commercial fiction, pop culture, sports, and YA/middle grade fiction.

Here’s more about the book: “a trilogy set after the United Stated has been torn in half following the second Civil War, in which a boy and girl raised to be elite soldiers must travel 3,000 miles to find a cure to a disease that threatens to wipe out what remains of civilization.”
