The minds behind DailyLit just launched the Digital Publishing Group (DPG), a gathering intended to help publishing types use digital tools more effectively.

The first DPG event is a brown bag lunch tomorrow (May 6th) at the Random House offices which is co-sponsored by the Book Industry Study Group. At the lunch, Debbie Stier, associate publisher of HarperStudio and director of digital marketing at HarperCollins, will talk about the future of the publishing industry.
