Sarah Bird (far left) had a "secret weapon" when she came to the Borders at Columbus Circle last night to read from her new novel, The Flamenco Academy...a live demonstration from Flamenco Buzz columnist La Gata. After Bird read an essay about trying to find the right outfit for her book tour, followed by a short excerpt from the novel's first flamenco scene, La Gata launched into a passionate dance:
