As the recession drags on, many writers and readers will skip vacations this year–losing valuable inspiration and relaxation.

On today’s Morning Media Menu, National Geographic‘s Intelligent Travel blog editor Janelle Nanos talked about her magazine’s digital offerings and how to pitch travel stories.
