Love, Ocean (Tempie Rene Publishing) is my Featured Book of Color of the Day. It is written by author, Celia Anderson.

It is about a young Hurricane Katrina survivor named Ocean who is forced to live with her Aunt Shelia in Little Rock, Arkansas, of all places. She’s already dealing with having a father who’s fighing in Iraq and being without her boyfriend so she feels all alone. Ocean finds herself trying to adjust to the new life, whether she likes it or not.
