MediabistroTV Unveils AppSlap Show

For the debut of MediabistroTV’s AppSlap show, we looked at an Android app for reading digital magazines.

AppNewser has more: “Next Issue is a new Android app for reading magazines that features digital editions of a number of popular magazines including: Better Homes and Gardens, Condé Nast Traveler, Esquire, Elle, Fortune, Glamour, Parents, People, Popular Mechanics, Real Simple, Sports Illustrated, TIME, The New Yorker, and Vanity Fair.”

SocialTimes explored the app in more detail: “Much like their print counterparts, the digital magazines can be packaged into monthly subscriptions or sold individually. Each issue is enhanced for the tablet experience with videos, Twitter feeds, and other interactive features; and can be saved on the device for offline reading.”
