Nat’l Book Foundation Picks “5 Under 35″

For the second consecutive year, the National Book Foundation has selected five young writers to put in the spotlight with a “5 Under 35” reading the week that the National Book Awards are announced. This year’s batch includes, from left to right, Kirstin Allio, Dinaw Mengetsu, Asali Solomon, Anya Ulinich, and Charles Yu. They’ll be introduced by the NBA finalists who chose their work at the invitation-only reading on November 12.
