Now I Know That / This Will Make You Very Happy

David Seaman, the author of The Dirty Little Secrets of Buzz, was browsing in the Union Square Barnes & Noble the other day when he came across an endcap tribute to happiness and had to ask himself if maybe “there’s something about all of these put together that’s a little, I dunno, demented?

The funny thing is that I can think of at least another half-dozen books that are missing from that array. Although I’m actually a fan of (my former satellite radio colleague) Karen Salmansohn‘s How to Be Happy, Dammit!, and Laurel Touby was swearing by The Happiness Hypothesis when she got all the mediabistro.com bloggers together yesterday for an all-day conference.
