Never Saw the Sun Shining So Bright...Since we've been following the story of the Neighborhood Story Project, I'm happy to pass along some very good news from AP's Hillel Italie. Thanks to contributions from Worzalla, Weyerhaeuser, and Publishers Group West, a new print run of the Project's five books--written by New Orleans teenagers about their community--will be available in a matter of weeks. And this time, instead of just being sold in and around New Orleans, they're going national. In fact, you can pre-order a complete set right now from Soft Skull, where publisher Richard Eoin Nash has been working hard on the Project's behalf ever since plans to go back for a second printing were derailed by Katrina last month.
