Lifestyle email newsletter and website PureWow has launched an edition dedicated to Books & Authors. PureWow Books & Authors will cover authors and new books and will include interviews and gift ideas.

Like DailyCandy and Thrillist, PureWow is a daily email media outlet that has newsletter dedicated to cities, and specific content like recipes. The idea for a newsletter dedicated to books was born out of reader interest. Readers often ask PureWow for book reviews, and before launch PureWow already had 50,000 people subscribe to the edition.

“Our goal with Books & Authors is to provide readers with exciting ideas they can use and share with book clubs, friends and family,” said Jillian Quint, managing editor of PureWow, in a statement. “We know reading can often be a treasured escape for many women so we’re doing the work to find the best, most compelling books our subscribers might not know about otherwise.”
