Simon Spotlight Entertainment announced yesterday that Carl Raymond has been named the imprint's associate publisher, effective September 5. Raymond, most recently Publishing Director for adult lifestyle titles at DK Publishing in New York and London, will work with sales, marketing, and publicity to coordinate consumer focused campaigns for SSE titles, and will also acquire select titles for the imprint.

"Carl has a terrific understanding of the marketplace, a great background working with sales and marketing, and extensive experience working with pop culture titles."
