Scene @ DC’s Gilded Lili Party
It’s been about four months since our last writeup of a book party with a burlesque dancer, so here’s some shots that Stacey Vaeth took of Kitty Victorian at the party held last week at the Washington, D.C., restaurant Sonoma celebrating the publication of Kelly DiNardo‘s Gilded Lili, a biography of Lili St. Cyr. DiNardo’s the redhead in the inset; you might recall the item two weeks ago about the amateur trailer promoting her book, and it turns out she made a guest appearance on mediabistro.com’s FishbowlDC that same afternoon. Reports from the DC blogosphere indicate that much fun was had, although the congressmen in the next room never did put in an appearance.
