Scene @ Like a Rolling Stone Book Party
While the GalleyCat team was clustering around Sloane Crosley‘s Cake Tuesday night, Steven Kurutz was being feted at Arlene’s Grocery for his new book, Like A Rolling Stone: The Strange Life of a Tribute Band. The Stoney Rollers, the band playing the party—but not the one in the book; that band’s called Sticky Fingers—brought Kurutz onstage to play guitar on “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” and afterwards Kevin Gleeson (“Keith”) posed with Kurutz and Doubleday editor Gerry Howard.
