mediabistro.com threw a party Tuesday night for Brenda Janowitz (left) and her second novel, Jack With a Twist, and fellow author Lynda Curnyn was one of what seemed like at least 100 people packed into Katra for the occasion. Curnyn promised Janowitz she’d try to read the novel quickly, so she could include it in the advanced chick lit writing workshop she’ll be teaching in September. Janowitz is also a frequent mediabistro.com instructor; she’s got a one-night presentation and the beginner’s chick lit writing class around the same time as Curnyn’s class.
