Scene @ Soho House “Enough, Dammit!” Workshop

karen-atsohohouse.jpgPersonal growth expert Karen Salmansohn chats with a fan Monday night after the latest in her series of workshops at Soho House. Salmansohn, who describes works like How to Be Happy, Dammit and Gut: How to Think from Your Middle to Get to the Top as “self-help books you could give as a gift to a friend and not have them slap you,” spoke for an hour about how to break the negative patterns that keep us from achieving success. The fourth-floor screening room at Soho House was packed to capacity, but free pre-packaged martinis kept everyone in high spirits…at least until future workshops, which will either be held in a bigger room or staggered into early- and late-evening audiences.
