Are you ready to kick off 2011 with a great job? Simon & Schuster Digital is looking for a director of digital content and programming to join its New York team. Here, you’ll help establish new guidelines and best practices for the division.

In this role, you’ll act as the chief liaison between the publishing units and the digital marketing team, promoting key titles with third party marketing partners. Your goal is to showcase Simon & Schuster books across all divisions, (adult, childrens and audio) on SimonAndSchuster.com, while increasing site traffic, promoting sales and creating consumer awareness.

To be considered, you’ll need at least five years of experience in book or magazine publishing, as well as experience in programming or content at an Internet site.
