China Mieville & Paolo Bacigalupi Tie for Best Novel at the Hugo Awards
Over the weekend, The City & The City by China Mieville and The Windup Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi reached an historic tie for the Best Novel award at the 2010 Hugo Awards.
