<title>Ben Mezrich&#8217;s Book Proposal Already Optioned for Film</title>

According to the <em>LA Times</em>, Sony Pictures <a href="http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/movies/2011/01/exclusive-social-network-team-picks-up-ben-mezrichs-latest-endeavor.html">has already optioned</a> the film rights to the book proposal.</p>

The motivation: wanting to impress  his girlfriend.&#8221;</p>
