The Most Literary Jazz Band

Here’s one more addition to the Literary Recession Survival Kit: start a band.

Last night Jonathan Burnham from HarperCollins, Nick Trautwein from Bloomsbury, and Tom Mayer from Norton debuted as a jazz trio at PEN America’s annual Fall New Members/New Books Party.
