What’s He Building In There?

“Of all the residents currently at MacDowell, the most dangerous is Andrew Solomon…He’s up to something, I don’t know what.”

Mike Daisey, the performance artist who created 21 Dog Years from his experience as an Amazon.com employee* and had a performance of his latest work, Invincile Summer, hijacked by protestors last month, is vlogging his MacDowell residency. I’m pretty sure I only believe half of what he says in this clip, but I can’t figure out which half.

*Full disclosure: I was there when he was there, but it was a big place, and I don’t think we ever ran into each other. And then we moved to apartments within blocks of each other in Brooklyn, and still managed to never meet. But I loved his book.
