Zagat Seeks New Copy Editor

Here’s where you can merge your passions for culture and publishing into one great gig. Zagat is looking for a new copy editor.

This is a long-term temp position, but one that has the potential to open many doors. In this role, you’ll uphold best practices for print and digital copy, which includes correcting spelling and grammar, reading copy for clarity, making editorial style decisions and maintaining established quality standards. You’ll also manage a team of freelancers, and edit and proofread web pages, among other tasks.

To be considered, you should have at least three years of copy editing experience, and have an interest in restaurants, bars, food, entertaining, and travel-related content. Detail-oriented team-players should apply here.
