I've produced and co-hosted a Dallas-Fort Worth-based weekly radio talk show about Texas food & travel, and have made numerous appearances on morning TV shows to demo recipes.

Wrote the cookbooks, "Gorgeous Garlic," and "Nuts: Pistachios, Pecans & Pinon," and the forthcoming "Coffee" and "Three Sisters: Corn, Squash & Beans" published by Rio Nuevo Publishers of Tucson, Ariz., as part of the Cook West series.

Edited the cookbook, “The Chile Pepper Diet” by Bill Wavrin, published by Avenue Chile Pepper, L.L.C.


I was a staff editor and writer for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and other local publications.
