•Experience in real estate and / or marketing critical
•Experience with online marketing, viral technology; email, blogs, wikis, widget applications for multiple social networking sites, etc.
•Social networking experience to engage consumers with a number of consumer brands
•Ability to build, Q/A and operate online social media platforms
•A passion for real estate and online communities
•Must be a team player with great verbal communication skills
•Must intimately understand the social media universe including YouTube, Facebook, Flickr, Forums, Twitter, Wikis, and blogging.
•Experience with HTML, Omniture, Sitecore, Wordpress and Social Media Dashboards
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Experience with internet-based research
•Knowledge of running online and offline events, promotions, and contests.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

•Develop and execute strategies to manage social media channels.
•Engage with online influencers and advocates to ensure that their input is acknowledged.
•Manage relationships with key blogger and industry influencers in both B2B and B2C arenas
•Work closely on social technology implementation with Public Relations, Content, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Care, Product Development and Human Resources
•Develop social media driven launch strategies for loanDepot campaigns and issues management
•Drive innovation by conducting competitive analysis, researching emerging social media trends and best practices.
•Measure and adjust all activity for ROI and recommended changes to plan to improve key performance indicators and consumer activity on Twitter, Facebook, blogs & online social communities.
•Create comprehensive outreach and go to market plans that seamlessly integrate with broader public relations and community strategies
•Collaborate with product, SEO and marketing teams on new technologies and potential programs for social media.
•Create weekly and monthly social media metrics and analytics reports
•Monitor and recommend emerging social networking trends and social media best practices
•Oversee ongoing online and offline events across the social web
•Attend industry-related conferences and meet with key influencers and media professionals
•Champion internal discussions and strategy regarding company culture and internal social media strategy.
